Where Our Crews Work

Villa Hills is home base. From here we cover Crescent Springs, Fort Mitchell, Edgewood, Erlanger and Elsmere, plus Covington down by the river. Farther south we work in Florence and Hebron. On the Ohio side, Delhi Hills and Delshire are close enough that we take jobs there too.

The work is the same in every town. We climb up and look at the shingles, flashing, vents and gutters, and we take photos as we go. Then we go through them with you. You get a written estimate and a straight answer on repair or replacement. If you can't tell whether your street falls inside our range, mention your town on the phone and we'll give you a quick yes or no.

What Roofs Around Here Have in Common

  1. 01

    Housing age

Many homes in this area were built between the 1960s and the 1990s. Plenty are on their second or third roof. Worn pipe boots, tired chimney flashing and old layers under the shingles show up on a lot of our jobs. If a roof already has two layers, a full tear-off is usually the right call.

  2. 02

    Winter cycles

Winter temperatures here bounce around the freezing mark for weeks at a time. Melt water works its way under a loose shingle, then freezes and pries it up further. Clogged gutters let ice build at the eaves and push water back under the roof edge. We look for these weak spots in fall and spring, before they turn into leaks inside your home.

  3. 03

    Spring and summer storms

Strong thunderstorms bring wind that lifts shingles and hail that bruises them. A lot of that damage can't be seen from the yard. We photograph and mark what we find, then explain how a claim usually goes. Your insurance company decides what it covers. We don't promise an outcome. We help you hand them clear evidence.

  4. 04

    Slopes and runoff

Many homes sit on a hillside, so water comes off the roof fast. Gutters and downspouts that are sized and pitched right keep it off your siding and away from the foundation. We check them whenever we look at your roof.

  5. 05

    Permits

Permit rules differ from city to city, and Kentucky and Ohio handle things differently. We find out what your town asks for before a replacement starts and pull the permit when one is needed.
