About Our Roofing Work in Villa Hills
We repair and replace roofs on homes in Villa Hills and the towns around it, and we handle gutters and siding too. After a storm, we help you record the damage and make sense of your insurance claim. We won't promise what only your insurer can decide.

Why We Work the Way We Do
Most people only think about their roof after something goes wrong. A drip in the ceiling. Shingles in the yard after a windy night. Then a stranger knocks and says insurance will pay for a whole new roof. That is a hard spot to be in, and we don't want to add to it.
So we start with a look, not a pitch. On a free roof inspection we climb up and check the shingles, flashing, vents, pipe boots and gutters, and we picture anything that matters. Once we're down, we sit with you, go through each shot and explain what it means. Some damage comes from a storm. Some is just age and weather. We tell you which is which, even when the answer is not the one you hoped for.
If it looks like a claim, we explain how it usually goes. You file with your insurer, an adjuster comes out, and the insurer decides what is covered. We can meet the adjuster at your home and point out what we found. We don't act as your adjuster, and we never tell you a claim will be approved.
What You Can Expect From Us
- 01
Your own eyes on the damage
We snap shots up on the roof and walk you through them once we're back on the ground. A lifted tab, a split pipe boot, a soft spot where hail knocked the granules loose. You get to judge it yourself instead of trusting someone on a ladder.
- 02
Repair when repair will hold
A few missing shingles or a worn pipe boot does not mean you need a new roof. If roof repair will do the job, that is what we recommend. If the decking is soft or the shingles are worn out, we say that too.
- 03
Estimates you can read
Our estimates list the work line by line: tear-off, underlayment, flashing, ventilation and disposal. If we find rotted decking once the old shingles come off, we show you before we replace it.
- 04
A yard you can walk in
Tarps go over your plants and beds, and the driveway stays protected. Before we leave each evening, we roll a magnetic sweeper across the grass so stray nails don't end up in a tire or a bare foot.
Where We Work
We work on homes in Villa Hills and around Northern Kentucky, including Crescent Springs, Fort Mitchell, Edgewood, Erlanger, Elsmere, Covington, Florence and Hebron, and across the river in Delhi Hills and Delshire. Freeze-thaw winters and spring storms mean we see a lot of loose flashing, ice-dam leaks and wind-lifted shingles, so we know what to look for.
Our work covers roof replacement, roof repair, roof inspections, storm damage repair, gutters and siding. If you can't tell which one you need, that is what the inspection is for.
